Document Project Hours Using a QR Code

 To further simplify the project time tracking for your employees, you can also use a QR code to document your project hours.

For this purpose, a code must simply be created externally with the help of a QR code generator, to which a project with customer and activity is assigned (format: Client###Project###Task). When the code is scanned, the project timer is started automatically. Upon completion, the project hours will be recorded in the system after rescanning. Employees only need to be given a printout of the code or have the code displayed on site in the form of a sticker or sign.
