The working time model records the legal working hours of your employees. All employment relationships are recorded and stored. Each new working time model takes effect from the date the new employee joined the company. Enter all employees’ target hours manually. Or create templates if several employees are in the same employment relationship.
Employees have changed their employment relationship within one year? No problem. You can easily create a new working time model. If an employee has different working time models in a vacation year, TimeTrack calculates the vacation entitlement depending on the current working time model. You can also create surcharges if employees work on holidays or weekends.
Easily track your team’s attendance times in the Employee Time Tracking section. Simply clock in and out as they come and go. Keep a perfect overview of your legal working hours for you and your team. The integrated time clock in the menu shows you exactly how long you have been at work today and how many hours are still open until closing time. Simple and clear – Just as a time recording system should be.
Your employees can easily enter their working hours manually and specify the task or project they have been working on. All data is synchronized in real time and can be visualized instantly in the weekly overview. You can access the data from any device. Regular breaks are important in the work environment. According to the law, an employee is obliged to take breaks. We have created break and working time regulations to motivate your team to take regular breaks. Simply add break regulations to the employee’s work schedule. We signal who is not taking breaks properly. This way you increase the well-being and efficiency of your team.
We want more overview. That’s why we enter vacations directly in the system. You simply have to create a new absence and TimeTrack sends your request directly to the responsible employee. Now we have to wait for confirmation or approval. As soon as the vacation is approved, the absence is saved and can be exported to the calendar (iCal). Simple and fast – As it should be.
Every user can see how many vacation days have been used up to now and how many are still open. If an employee has not claimed all vacation days, he can carry them over to the next year. Sometimes employees also get additional vacation days as a bonus. Only authorized users are allowed to enter vacation carryovers manually into the system. These authorizations are defined under settings.
You can create and edit new absence types. Typical absence types are vacation, sick leave, maternity leave or time off. We give you the option to save an absence as a regular vacation day or as a reduction of hours. Depending on which option you choose your absence will be deducted from your regular annual leave entitlement or you will balance your overtime.
In the Project Time Tracking module, you can track time entries manually or via timer. Click the timer at the top right of the screen for a quick start. We will suggest projects or activities that you have started. This way you can continue where you last left off. You can also start new projects or activities. As soon as you are done with your work, stop the time clock with one click. The time entry is immediately saved under overview.
Are the current working hours complying with the planned ones? Has the project cost you too much time and money? Problem ares are highlighted, so that your team gets a notification as soon as you are not working cost-covering. Your job is to set the expected project duration and budget. There are more than 50 user rights that can be assigned to employees. This way, you limit the user’s access to certain activities. They can only edit and see data of projects they are working on. We automatically track your project and display target/ actual states. We provide accurate information about budget use and project returns, so that you continuously improve.
