Do I have access to the Premium Package if I purchased the old TimeTrack Pro Version?
If you bought the old TimeTrack Pro Version for $3.49, you automatically have access to the premium package and not have to pay again.
What fits me better: TimeTrack Lite or TimeTrack Pro?
Until a few months ago, TimeTrack Lite was the free and limited version of TimeTrack Pro. This has recently been changed: Now TimeTrack Lite and TimeTrack Pro offer exactly the same. Both versions are free and offer all features. However, you cannot manage more than 60 time entries. If you don’t want to limit the number of time entries, you can buy the Premium Package for $3.99.
What fits me better: TimeTrack Pro or TimeTrack Enterprise?
TimeTrack Pro is for freelancers. You can record project hours, track your project progess and create invoices for your customers. TimeTrack Enterprise on the other hand was created for teams and companies. You can use it to record working hours of employees and create timesheets. Moreover, we have integrated the leave management in order to also have an overview of all absences.
Is there a TimeTrack Pro version for Android?
At the moment, there is no Pro version for Android. We are currently developing it. It is expected to be released in 2023. If you want to participate in the beta program and test the Android version before the official release, feel free to contact us.
Can I use the Web App if I have a TimeTrack Pro account?
No. You only have access to the Web App, if you upgrade your TimeTrack Pro account and buy our TimeTrack Cloud.
Can I pay without credit card?
Yes, you can. We offer payment by invoice. However, this only applies to our annual subscription. Just send us your company address, the company type, the preferred subscription and the total number of users. We will then send you the invoice. To request the payment by invoice click here.
Is it possible for users to have different subscription types?
No, because the subscriptions are for one account and not for every single user. However, you can upgrade from a Standard subscription to a Premium or Gold subscription at any time. You can also change the number of active users at any time. TimeTrack always calculates the costs aliquot.
Is there an API for TimeTrack?
Currently we only offer API for OnPremise customers and connect TimeTrack to their ERP and payroll systems. In the meantime, we are working on the implementation of a public API.
Can I install TimeTrack Enterprise on my own server?
Yes, you can purchase the OnPremise license model! We can install TimeTrack Enterprise on your company server. Just contact us!
Are there any additional costs to the subscription?
No. We do not charge an activation, administration or maintenance fee like many other providers. You even get the admin user for free!
