In the cleaning industry, the team leader makes sure that the working hours of his team members or colleagues are tracked properly. This ensures that all timesheets are complete and accurate. Once employees have been invited to join a team, team leaders can edit or manage their data. The advantage of this is that team members can concentrate fully on their work, while team leaders make sure that working or project hours have been booked to the correct building address.
TimeTrack automatically creates timesheets for each employee. The exact working hours, overtime, and breaks are taken into account and checked for legal requirements. Therefore, all you have to do is make sure all employees record their project hours and we will take care of the rest.
As part of our leave management, employees’ absences are documented as well. Each user can simply submit a holiday or absence request directly in the software, which must be approved. All accepted absences can be taken from a leave calendar, which is accessible to all users. The holiday entitlement of each individual employee is calculated on the basis of the employment contract stored and can be also viewed directly in the users’ account.
