With TimeTrack you have an overview of the current status so that you also receive order-related reports and evaluations. To avoid additional work for your employees, the project documentation is carried out in a straightforward manner using predefined projects and tasks. Pictures and documents can be attached to the respective project so that a smooth takeover can take place in the case of staff absence.
TimeTrack automatically creates timesheets for each employee. The exact working hours, overtime, and breaks are taken into account and checked for legal requirements. Therefore, all you have to do is make sure all employees record their project hours and we will take care of the rest.
As part of our leave management, employees’ absences are documented as well. Each user can simply submit a holiday or absence request directly in the software, which must be approved. All accepted absences can be taken from a leave calendar, which is accessible to all users. The holiday entitlement of each individual employee is calculated on the basis of the employment contract stored and can be also viewed directly in the users’ account.
