Hashtags act as a filter option when evaluating entries and help automate your workload. Do you want to view all the entries of your #regular customers or quickly see the orders that have already been #billed? Then using tags is exactly what you need.
You can create different hashtags in your account. Under Data Administration > Hashtags, you can create hashtags that can later be added to various entries. By clicking the “Add Hashtag” button, you can create a new hashtag. The name of the hashtag is the hashtag itself. General hashtags can be assigned to different entries.
Hashtags for attendance are used to label attendance entries. These hashtags can be added to attendance records, and under Attendence Tracking > Attendance > Attendances, you can filter by hashtags to display only the attendance records marked with a specific hashtag.
Attendance hashtags are the only hashtags that can affect working hours. When setting up a hashtag to impact working time, you can define the adjustment as either constant or by a factor.
Absence hashtags allow you or your employees to label absences. You can filter absences tagged with a hashtag under “Requests.” This helps reduce communication efforts within the company or makes analyzing absences easier.
Hashtags for project time entries enable you to label time entries and expenses, which can then be filtered accordingly.
In the Project Time Tracking menu, go to the overview, select a project, and click “Add Tags.” A drop-down menu will appear where you can choose from the already created tags. Click “Apply” to select the hashtag.
You can use hashtags not only for projects but also for time entries and expenses.
Hashtags for scheduling allow you to label shifts and availabilities and filter them by hashtags.
You can also tag appointments and tasks with hashtags and filter them accordingly.
The setting “Is not plannable“ indicates in the scheduling-calender whether an employee is still available for scheduling during an appointment.
With the setting “Counts as Idle Period”, the system knows whether a shift counts as a idle period.
Travel expenses in TimeTrack are tracked using hashtags.
You can set travel expense rules for a hashtag or create rules between different hashtags.
