TimeTrack’s Project Time Clock allows you to record your working hours exactly to the second and to book them to a Client, a Project and an Activity. In the Web App, you can start and stop your working time with the Integrated Time Clock. You can also select the next project without losing the time you have already worked. You can find this in the top Right-Hand Corner and it can be shown or hidden as you prefer.
You can write Information about your Activity and/or select text modules. Text blocks are used to save repetitive notes and to shorten them.
If you take a break, you can just click the break button and the Project Timer will record the length of your break until you start to work again. You can also enter a break manually, if you have permission to do so.
You can use the project timer directly via the Web App or via our Chrome and Firefox Extension as well as via the mobile app and by QR Code.
Your project-related working hours are automatically generated by TimeTrack into a Timesheet and can be evaluated under Reports & Analysis. They also influence the Project Performance and help you to know the status of the respective project according to the planning.
