In the weekly overview, you have the option to view your Time Entries as a calendar or a list. This is where you can view the week and see how many hours you or the selected employee worked. You can also see on which day of the week the employeeworked, for how long and for which Customer/Project/Task, and what income was generated by hourly Rate.
You can view only this week’s Expenses or filter out specific time entries with a Full-Text Search. You can export it to a CSV File and print as a one-page file. If you want to compare data for individual days of the week, you can directly create a Bar Chart that compares days to Hours as well as Income and Expenses.
Use the settings button (cogwheel on the right) to customize the Calendar Overview and choose whether to display the whole week or just the working week, how many minutes a row has, how the row is divided into minutes, and which time is displayed first.
You can also add Time and Expenses.
We are happy to help you!
