By using workflows, you can effectively streamline your business processes. You can specify events for which you or your employees should receive notifications. This allows for actions such as sending alerts, updating data, or triggering external systems. You define the conditions under which the workflow is activated and the corresponding actions to be performed.
To create a workflow, go to Data Administration > Workflows > Workflows and click the “Plus” button.
Enter the workflow name in the provided field to save it.
If a workflow is no longer needed for a certain period, it can be deactivated and reactivated later.
Unused workflows can also be deleted.
After that, you need to choose the trigger for when the workflow should be executed.
TimeTrack offers a wide range of actions you can apply through workflows, such as sending emails for certain events or with predefined lists (e.g., a list of users who haven’t clocked in at a specific time), clocking in all or selected employees, or locking time sheets or synchronizations for integrations. You have full control over what you want to achieve with your workflows.
Here, you can explore different scenarios where workflows can be applied to enhance your operations.
