On Premises Solution
Maximum Data Security
Own Data Center
TimeTrack Enterprise license can be purchased as SAAS (Software as a Service) or On Premise (in house).
For On Premise, you purchase a one-time license per user and only pay the software maintenance in future. The On Premise model has the following advantages:
If you choose a VIP (Virtual Private Server), the rent server in Germany, Frankfurt will be set up just for you. Your data only will be on the server. This way, we guarantee data protection. The server rent cost ranges between 30$ and 80$, depending on the configuration.
TimeTrack Enterprise can also be installed on your own server. The requirements for the server (for 50 users) are: virtual machine, Linux Ubuntu 16.04, 6GB memory, 2 CP, 30GB SSD disk, root access and a remote SSH access.
With On-Premise, we install TimeTrack on your server.
TimeTrack Enterprise can also be installed on your server. The requirements on the server (for 100 users) are: virtual machine, Linux Ubuntu 20.04. or 22.04., 8 GB memory, 2 CPU, 40 GB SSD hard disk, root access and a remote SSH access.
If you do not have a server and want to have TimeTrack separate from the official TimeTrack Cloud based software (e.g. because of the isolation of the data and if you want to access the data on the server), we can rent a private server for you. The server (VPS – Virtual Private Server) will be set up in Germany, Frankfurt, just for you. Only your data is on the server. Thus, the additional data protection is guaranteed. Server rental costs are between € 30,- and €80,- depending on the configuration. System maintenance costs (security updates and system libraries necessary for TimeTrack, software libraries, automatic database backups) start from €99,- per month (depending on number of users and functionality).
The maintenance contract is a part of the TimeTrack Enterprise solution. The following services are covered by the support contract:
After placing an order, you will receive a support contract document in which the details and SLAs are defined. If you have specific requirements for SLAs, they can be entered in the support contract. The specific SLAs are always defined individually with the customer.
