Yes, you can schedule your employees to be in multiple locations. You have to allocate your employees to different working areas in the “work areas” section in the planning module.
Can I plan for future dates?
Yes, you can schedule your shifts in advance. There is no limit in the calendar.
Can I schedule someone who is on annual leave?
No, you cannot schedule an employee who has an accepted leave in the system. The shift planner will give a warning if you try to do so.

How does the employee see his shift schedule?
The employees can view their schedules on the web app, as well as the mobile app.
