On which devices can I use the time clock app?
The TimeTrack Enterprise mobile app is freely available on all iOS and Android devices and can be downloaded in the AppStore and Google Play Store.
Does the app also work offline?
You can also record your times without an internet connection. As soon as you are connected to the internet again, all time entries will be synchronized and saved.
What should I do when the data was not synchronized?
If you notice that the data in your time tracking app is not synchronized, enter all data that has not been synchronized. Then log in again. All the data should now have been synchronized. Check for any connectivity issues. Ensure that your device is connected to the internet and that the time tracking app has the necessary permissions to access the internet.
How to manage employee lunch breaks?
In our time clock app, breaks are managed thanks to our automatic break regulations.
Why can’t I do the same on the time clock app as I can on the Web App?
The time clock app is ideal for use on the go, as it allows you to record times quickly and easily. However, it only serves as an extension of the WebApp and is not intended to replace it. If you still want to perform further administrative activities, you can use the button in the side menu “go to WebApp” to get to the WebApp.
Can I upload images via the mobile app?
You can take or upload pictures on the TimeTrack Enterprise time clock app, such as of medical records, expenses, or other documents.
Can I enter my absences via employee time clock app?
Yes, you can. Click on “Absences” in the side menu. Then click the plus icon to create a new absence. Specify the type of absence and the time period. When you click on “Save”, the absence request will be sent directly to the admin, who will then approve or reject it.
Can the employee see his/her hours and leave overview in the time clock app?
Yes, you can see this in the menu item “overview”. Here you can see the hours and leave status of the employees.
How do I keep track of the employee hours?
You can keep track of your employees’ hours using our free online time clock app. First, download the online time clock for employees and sign with the owner or manager’s email address and password. Afterward, team members can clock in and out with the mobile app using their personalized pin.

What is a GPS mobile time clock?
GPS mobile time clocks allow employees who work at a different job sites to clock in and out for each shift via a mobile device at their work location.
How can I check the timesheet?
If you are TimeTrack user, you can check your timesheet by opening the app, going to the Attendance tracking and selecting the pay period you want to view.
