The SME definition refers to small and medium-sized enterprises. The European Commission defines small enterprises as companies that have up to 9 employees. Medium-sized companies have up to 49 employees, whereas large companies are defined as having up to 249 employees. According to the European Commission, companies must also have a maximum profit of EUR 50 million and fewer than 249 employees. If these SME thresholds are met, companies may be called small and medium-sized enterprises or large companies. For TimeTrack these requirements are irrelevant, because TimeTrack supports small, medium and large companies.
In a company with many employees it is difficult to keep track of everything. Thanks to TimeTrack’s clear reporting system, company managers can view hours reports, user reports, absence reports as well as surcharge reports of individual employees and keep track of hours worked, remaining leave or surcharge bonuses.
The individual customizability of all reports is particularly practical, as personalization is thus simple and fast. In small and medium-sized companies as well as large enterprises, the reports can be exported as Excel or CSV, as well as printed.
Thanks to the central administration, the administrator has access to all data and functions and can manage all employees at any time. In addition, there is an uncomplicated user administration and a comprehensive authorization system that creates a clear structure for small and medium-sized companies through user rights and roles. By assigning roles such as administrator, team leader or external employee, users are given different authorizations that ensure a clear corporate structure for medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Configure your TimeTrack account quickly and easily with other software. TimeTrack has a wide range of partners, including quickbooks, which saves you the administrative work otherwise involved in payroll and avoids errors.
The configuration with Microsoft Azure Single Sign On (SSO) is also very handy, as this allows you to access your TimeTrack account after logging into the Microsoft account once.
