The calendar with appointments and time entries can be easily exported. You can create an ICS file with scheduled appointments and import it into your calendar software.
If you wish to print the appointment list, you can export the calendar as a PDF, specifying the time period and employees. The appointments can be filtered by user or day. In the daily view, all appointments for each employee on a given day are displayed, helping the planner see which employees are at which client on that day.
